Woodland Trail is a 1.5 mile interpretive loop. This unique nature trail with 16 numbered posts is considered easy, mostly flat with some short ups and downs. This is a gentle loop, great for kids. Lovely views, shaded in the morning and afternoon, with overhead sun during the middle of the day. You can always take a dip in the lake across the road when you're done!
Perfect hike for families. 1.5 miles interpretive trail loop. Note- You must have an Adventure Pass to park in the lot, however parking along the highway is free and convenient.
