Starch is brand new as of 2021, but it's in a gorgeous space that was once a flour factory (and then a laundry - get it? starch x2!) over 100 years ago. Excellent coffee and espresso drinks plus from scratch scones, cookies, breakfast sandwiches and paninis at lunch. The owners, Lynne and Chuck (he's a tattoo artist), are personality plus and the baked goods are classic with a twist. Nutella stuffed sugar cookie? Yes please!
