Located in Downtown Hot Springs. Selected by Southern Living Magazine in 2011 as the best breakfast of the South. However, a full menu is offered. Generally, there is a wait. For guests who want to enjoy an adult beverage, Colonial Pancake & Waffle House does not serve them.
