My pick for best breakfast.  Sort of like a diner that only serves breakfast, and does it really really well.  Closes at 3 pm.

Hands down my favorite breakfast spot. Do yourself a favor, get the creme brule French toast.

Parking! But it's only a block away so you don't need it. I'm picky about French toast and they do it well. Delicious breakfast and lunch fare. Bright sunny space. Been here forever. Check it out.
