Best Ethiopian. Ethiopean food is traditionally eaten using your hands with injera (flat pancake) to dip in the gebeta (platter of cooked meats and veggies). There's a few in the area, and it's a bit of a drive, but a very unique experience. Very casual restaurant.

My favorite restaurant in Tampa. This family-run restaurant offers authentic Ethiopian cuisine (mom manages, dad cooks, kids serve tables). I recommend the Queen's Sampler for the whole table. Be prepared to eat with your hands.
