Yet another country park in Wrexham with parking for only £1. Small play area, many walking routes and lots of picnic space. Take clothes for the kids to get wet as there's access to the slow part of the river for kids to splash about in. The visitor centre isn't often open so you may need to go for a wildly if caught short!
