Ohhhh....the Lablabi is my favorite! Also fabulous dishes of hummus, tabbouleh, Tunisian Salad, lamb meatballs, chickpea battered mushrooms, byo with a beer store next door? This place is within walking distance and CAN NOT be beat. Also Gelato.

This family-owned Tunisian restaurant serves incredible food in a very comfortable, hole-in-the-wall atmosphere. This is a good spot for a quick lunch on your way out of town because it is located close to the M-14 exit. Oh, and the gelato is supreme.

Awesome little market and restaurant known only to the locals. El Harissa features unique creations with healthy ingredients and exotic flavors from the cuisines of North Africa and Mediterranean.

But if you figure it out it is well worth it. Best in early spring or early fall when the leaves are down and your visibility is the best, .... and no mosquitos!”
