Canteen Creemee Company is classic Vermont. They are famous for their unique soft serve ice cream (called creemees in Vermont) but locals know the fried chicken is the best part. Great for families, kids, or anyone in between. COVID-friendly takeout.

The creations here are imaginative and beautiful and I am talking about the ice cream!!! Check out the chalk board - don't be afraid of the lines..... Did I mention they do fried chicken too?

You order at an outdoor counter and they have the best fried chicken! Their creemees are also amazing (VT specialty - like soft serve, get maple) - but do yourself a favor and order one of their specialty sundaes (we usually share one).
