Their po' boys and shrimp and grits are not to be missed. Their fresh food, relaxed and lovely atmosphere, and full bar are in the heart of downtown Hillsborough. Dine outdoors if you can!

Cute, quirky and busy. Great bar with 'artisan' drink specials. If you are a meat appreciator, their sausage sampler appetizer is excellent. I think the sausage might be house made.

This is a great spot for drinks and appetizers, dinner, or both! Farm to table, Cajun inspired food. A little on the pricey side, but lovely for a date night or nice dinner. Craft cocktails galore! They even cure their own meats and make their own sausage and charcuterie.
