Is The Single Best State Park In New Mexico. Located in the Southwest corner of the state near Deming and Silver City, this state park is filled with the most unique and remarkable rock formations.

Fantastic rock formations, great for scouting around and picture taking. Picnic area. Located conveniently between Deming and Silver City with routes to other attractions.

Located in Faywood area (toward Deming on Hwy 61). Pretty drive through the lower Mimbres Valley. Also makes for a nice stop while on the winery tour (La Esperanza Winery --> Luna Rossa Winery --> D.H. Lescombes Winery)

Beautiful to see, and a great playground for the kids (great photo op, too!)! Part of the dark sky community, also. Once a month they bring out the big telescope!
