Claims to be oldest Cajun restaurant in Louisiana. A bit middle aged but reliable, stays open, food is good; eat at full bar as well.

Don's Downtown, is the "Original Cajun Restaurant. Just a few steps from the Jefferson Street Nightlife.

A Cajun institution in Lafayette-Get the seafood gumbo!! A little stuffy/formal but worth it for the gumbo.
