Forster main beach is a very easy walk or bike ride over the bridge. There are dedicated paths all the way. There is also lots a parking.

Forster Main Beach is within walking distance from town center making this a very popular beach to spend the day. At the north end is the entrance to Wallis lake and the south end, you'll find the ocean baths. Behind you is Beach Bums Cafe. What more do you need :)

Great place to take a dip, beautiful clean water, many cafes around as well and shopping centre 5 mins from beach

Forster Beach and Bullring is another great location for the whole family to swim safely. The beach is patrolled during summer and the bullring is an alternative for those not so confident swimming in the ocean. Beach Bums Café at Forster Beach is a perfect place to stop for lunch or coffee during your day out.

Foster is the nearest Town to Smiths Lake for local shopping and some great beaches. The beach pool is a great place for the dawn swimmers who want to do laps in a pool. Cape Hawke Lookout provides an amazing view of the lakes and sea.
