Huge wine selection with lots of descriptive reviews of bottles by staff experts; cooler with ready-to-drink whites; and my favorite place to get whiskey around here. Silly PA laws say you can't sell beer and wine/liquor in the same store.

If you aren't from PA, you will shocked to find out that you can only buy wine at the "State Store" -- however, we have come out of the dark ages enough to be open 7 days a week including on Sundays, til 5 pm. Usually closed on Federal Holidays.

The best wine and hard liquor place in the city. Not all that because wine stores in Pittsburgh are state-owned, but passes the bill.
