One of my all time happy hour favs. The drinks are good but the small plates are DELICIOUS. Music gets silly and the place gets jumping after about 11pm on weekends.

Policy plays throwback R&B and Hip-Hop from the 90s and 2000s in the upstairs lounge, and usually gets packed by midnight. Fun ambiance and if you get there before 11pm there's a very cool rooftop to sit and enjoy a drink.
