The Rex is Dorset's oldest running cinema and one of the oldest in the whole country - be sure to call/book in advance as it is a small cinema that does get booked up.

The teeny Rex Cinema opened in 1927 with the "Talkies". Have a glass of wine, or beer whilst watching a film and enjoy eating an ice cream served by volunteers in the interval.
