Large lake crossing the NY/NJ border. You can swim, rent pontoon boats, paddle boards, etc from many marinas on the lake. Lots of bars and restaurants around the lake.

Greenwood lake is great for a summer day, renting boats, dinner on the water and more. The best part, is that it's only 5 min away!

Don't blink. Small closest town with a hardware shop, pizza, coffee shop, 2 restaurants. Not touristy, but good to grab something quick.

Water activities like boating, swimming and ice fishing to name a few! Greenwood Lake is a lake in between the two states of New York and New Jersey. It is a famous sightseeing spot for people visiting Warwick. This lake is about seven miles long and is the Wanaque River’s source of origin. It has a long history. It was first named Quampium by the native Americans. Then it was changed to Long Pond by the European settlers in the 18th century. Soon it got its current name, “Greenwood Lake."
