The owner is very eccentric, and he shuts down whenever he wants, so I would say the best time to go is 10:00am on Saturday or Sunday because that's normally when he’s opening. He treats his restaurant as his home, and he gives you these dolls when you're in line to acknowledge that you're waiting. He's really funny, and it’s super San Francisco. It’s only open on the weekends; it’s closed Monday through Friday.

Tiny breakfast joint that only takes parties of 2. Owner is flamboyant, silly and crude. Not for the easily offended but a unique experience.

for the adventurous & open-minded. don't say i didn't warn you. :) and parties of 2 only. don't break the rules, you'll get spanked. but if you make it through the line and in the door, you'll just want to pinch the sweet owner's cheeks (any of 'em).

DELICIOUS, CREATIVE brunch...line out the door every weekend,, go early and wait in line at 9am. VERY DIFFERENT, good if you are open-minded. Check yelp reviews for more info.
