A beautiful 30 minute drive up Cedar Canyon.Crowning the grand staircase, Cedar Breaks sits at over 10,000 feet and looks down into a half-mile deep geologic amphitheater. Come wander among timeless bristlecone pines, stand in lush meadows of wildflower, ponder crystal-clear night skies and experience the richness of our subalpine forest.
Cedar Breaks has perfect hiking trails for any age group, but it is worth the trip for the scenery even if you don't get out of your car. It has gorgeous alpine setting and a lack of crowds. 21 miles from the cabin.
Cedar breaks is a must see! It is absolutely breath taking. There is a hike you can do or pack a lunch and you can just enjoy the views.
