The freshness guarantee. Instead of the traditional menu, the Blackboard evenings are just for the raw materials. You can decide on that basis, that leaves four-seven catches up to the chefs culinary.

Recommended for real foodies, Olimpia is a bit off the map but its a real experience. Fine dining in a more casual enviromnment, Michelin class food for very good value.

Culinary adventure. Don't be afraid to take seven courses. The dishes are just the right sizes. Not cheap but worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.
