My favorite place to go for a Thai pearl drink aka bubble tea aka tapioca pearls in a drink. Lots of students hang out here -- has a friendly happy atmosphere. It's close. Just west on MLK.

The bubble tea is amazing, and the tapioca pearls always taste fresh. Stay for delicious Taiwanese food. The ground pork noodle soup is a revelation.

One of the oldest bubble tea in town. Also a good selection of Taiwanese food. There is another location next to UT-Austin.
