Impasto is a pasta factory, it is a pizzeria in Cagliari and it is an atypical bakery. Fresh pasta seasoned only with seasonal ingredients, pizza and bread created with a unique mixture of flours reminiscent of the old neighborhood oven; an experience that starts from the smells, passes through a warm and welcoming environment and ends with flavor and "crunchiness". The idea is to bring simplicity to the highest levels, taking care of every detail to make sure that you feel at home, but with the service of a place that starts from the territory and arrives at the World.
