These guys run a few speciality Pasta/ Italian restaurants and they are all exceptional. This one is the nearest to old market. It's worth booking, they get full.

All three restaurants by the Bianchi family are insanely good; the best Italian food you can have in Bristol. Book in advance as tables are hard to come by.
