Zarabanda is a place that I frequent about 2-3 times per week. It is primarily a gluten free restaurant which also caters to those who are lactose intolerant (like me) and here in Seville that is always a challenge. The food is made from scratch and you can definitely tell the difference. The space is cozy, Mediterranean, and is a mix of old world with new world. The menu changes almost weekly because they only buy local and seasonally. The pizza is AMAZING. Trust me. And finally they have these awesome experiences (look for them on AIRBNB) that features a 5 course + wine pairing. I have done it several times and have event rented out the restaurant for my wedding party. WHAT TO ORDER: Pancetta (pork belly), Brandada de Bacalao, Tartar de Atun, Tataki de presa Iberica , Croquetas de Cecina de Leon. I mostly recommend doing the pairing so you can have it all!

a hidden and cozy Mediterranean gem of a restaurant that has been around for almost 30 years (opened in 1989) and is officially considered as a part of the Seville's gastronomic heritage by the city itself! It is well known in the city for offering "different" wines (non-commercial) and dishes made with only the finest seasonal and local ingredients and products.... and I have been working there over the last 18 years!! :) Come check it out!
