Recently remodeled, King's is the best seafood restaurant in the area. Located in Calabasas, it's only a couple of miles away. They have a large patio with fire pits if you like sitting outside. Be sure and try the New England clam chowder.

If you like fish and you don't feel like driving to the ocean ....Kings is down the street located in The Commons. The fish is fresh and the outside patio is delightful. Every type of fish you can imagine including sushi and a raw bar...it's a keeper!
