Terrific trails which can be challenging, with multiple access points. Our favorite is to park in the lot off 9G, and head straight out to the Hudson River, through (mostly) forest land. Be careful of the branches but the trek and views are rewarding. A great place to hike or run.

Tivoli Bays offers tons of trails by the Hudson River. Dogs are welcome. Wonderful year round.
