A local spot for cheap drinks and fun locals. Open to the public, the VFW often has live music on the weekends and is a fun spot to hang with the locals on the cheap. It's also within walking distance of the San Antonio Museum of Art and the Luxury.

"The Oldest Post in Texas" is in a grand old house with an upstairs ballroom, wraparound porches and plenty of outdoor seating. Great people watching and dancing to live music on most weekends.
