Because of its central location in the Wynn Las Vegas, Parasol Up offers arguably the best people-watching on the whole Strip. Oh, and the cocktail and wine lists are pretty great too. Great place to have a nice relaxing glass of wine or cocktail. Go upstairs to skip the line and watch the show.
