I love this place...its been here forever. Private bar, can buy membership for $1. You buy a beer, must open it yourself...some kind of licensing thing. Great sunset views, bar only, no food

On Folly, this is one of the most picturesque spots at sunset. A hidden gem on Folly Beach at 9th Street West Ashley. Tucked back and on the water. The ship store upstairs can sell you a cold beverage but you might have to mix your own drink as the operative word is "ship store" not a bar. You also might have to pop the top off your own beer. Well worth going. Locals play music on the deck from time to time.

the marina is on the river side of the island.. up top is a tiny little bar to grab a red stripe and watch the sunset if the one out your back steps is getting boring ;-) ;-)
