The closest full grocery store is Quality foods. They also have a good take out and deli section and a small cafe and breakfast restaurant. In the same plaza you will also find a liquor store, Tim Hortons and Subway.

The produce is good, the prices are fair for the island, the Chinese takeout is fantastic. Also, if you go to the deli counter and ask for pizza dough they will bring you a bag. So good.
