This is a for-real cowboy steakhouse, run by a sweet cowboy who is a wizard on the grill! They use applewood on the grill, and you can watch them cook your steak/fish/pork/ribs/chicken. There is a separate lunch menu (which might be available at dinner also?) -- I had a fantastic beef rib and sides for $10. The decor is great. There's a bar with saddle seats, a stage, live music, and dancing. Their schedule is a little tricky, so be sure to call ahead before you go. While you are there, be sure to explore downtown Caldwell and the Indian Creek Plaza! At Christmas, they have an AMAZING light display, and an ice skating rink on the plaza.

Indian Creek Steakhouse is so much fun! It is a for-real cowboy steakhouse, run by a sweet cowboy who is a wizard on the grill. They use apple wood on the grill and it makes a delicious difference. You can watch them cook your steak/fish/pork/chicken. There are two menus--one is steaks and one is a lunch/more affordable menu. Last time we wre there I had a huge beef rib and sides that was delicious and only $10. The decor is great. The bar side has a stage and live music -- and dancing! There's a row of barstool/saddles at the bar. They are only open part of the week, so check before you go. Yum!
