VIETNAMESE FOOD Bun Bo Nam Bo is always one of my favorite Vietnamese food. "Bun" is a kind of rice noodle in a myriad of noodle types of Vietnam. "Bo" is Beef (or cow), Nam Bo is the south or southern. (Though there are two "Bo" in this phrase but they do mean totally diffirent since they have diffirent accents and tones-we have six tones in total and with only one word, when you change the tone, it will become another word with another meaning.) Why i like it? Because of its perfect combination between sweet and sour, fat and fresh,... A bowl of bun with some stir-fried beef and some herb as well as a pinch of peanut and a tablespoon of deep fried shallot. And mixed fish sauce, of course!

Bun bo nam bo (dry noodles with beef) is a dish from southern Vietnam, but it’s certainly travelled north well. Mix in bean sprouts, garlic, lemongrass and green mango for a filling treat.

When you go to this store, pls try Bun bo Nam Bo. You also can try Noodle soup but th best is always Bun bo Nam Bo! ^^
