This has been the butcher of choice for all the locals as long as I have lived in the Rogue Valley. They usually have fresh-caught local seafood, too. Best smoked steelhead anywhere, if they have it in stock. Even for a vegetarian, their deli has plenty of delicious options, and the market has all sorts of gourmet goodies.
