Nordhavn Station takes you anywhere in and outside of Copenhagen. The S-trains always go trough Nordhavn, so no worries if you missed the first one. The next S-train will take you straight to Nordhavn.

Train station with S-trains - also a lot of bus lines from here. All S-trains stops at Nordhavn. Change for the Metro at Nørreport - two stops south of Nordhavn. Metro goes to the airport. Or change for regional trains at Østerport - one stop south of Nordhavn. Regional trains goes to airport as well.
