Ramen restaurant! 当店は「ラーメン屋にできること」をテーマに掲げ、日々ラーメンと真剣に向き合っています。スープはこだわりの鶏を使用し、旨味・深み・香りを演出。まるでポタージュのようなクリーミーな味わい。チャーシューは、鶏・豚肩ロースの2種類。鶏は、朝引き地鶏を使用し低温調理法で、パサツキのないしっとりした仕上がり。豚肩ロースは大ぶりのレアチャーシュー。ごぼうの素揚げ・肉厚のメンマは、一杯のラーメンの中で楽しんで頂ける様工夫を凝らしました。さらにお好みで生姜をどうぞ。店内は、落ち着きのある和をイメージし、カウンター席のみとなっております。今までにないラーメン屋として満足して頂けるよう、スタッフ一同心よりお待ちしております。
