Federal government centre housing marine exhibits like whale skeletons and a 3d model of the seas surrounding Vancouver Island. Has a decent cafeteria too. Also home to the local Coastguard. This is where they make and research Canadian Sea Charts. 4.3km or a 7 minute drive away.
