DescriptionFisherman’s Wharf, on the northern waterfront, is one of the city's busiest tourist areas. Souvenir shops and stalls selling crab and clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls appear at every turn, as do postcard views of the bay, Golden Gate and Alcatraz. There’s also a colony of sea lions…
You have to see Fisherman's Wharf at least once. Fishing boats, crab pots, sidewalk cafes fancy restaurants all combine to form a unique collage of past, present and future.
Iconic part of SF. Fresh seafood served on all corners .Lots of smells , touristy area. I recommend a snack and a drink in this area.

“Tenderloin lounge, DJ, event space and a comedy club. Once served as a green room to world famous The Black Hawk Jazz club. Playing House music. Best local bar.”

“A decent Thai food place. Try their fried banana with coconut ice-cream. It's located on the edge of the Tenderloin, you'll see some less happy souls of SF there, but don't get scared by it. ”
