Scenic campus at UConn Avery Point right down the road from the cottage. Great for walking and enjoying the view of the water and boats. Sometimes you may luck out and see a submarine!

Just down the road here, a beautiful campus right on the water with sculptures throughout as well as an overlook to the water. Great place to picnic or just go for a nice walk/run
