This is a must-hike! Fabulous views of the gorge and bridge. Take your camera. Use caution as you descend through the rhododendron tunnel, you are essentially walking out on a finger of a rock with steep drop-offs on either side. Hold hands of small children, and take it very slowly. The hike is approximately 3.5 miles round-trip from the trailhead parking lot.

Less than 2 mile trail for one of the best payoffs around - a fantastic view of the New River Gorge Bridge from Long Point. It's not a particularly hard trail, so kids 5 and up should be alright if they have a little stamina.
