Amazing museum with medieval art. Even if you aren't into it is worth it to see the beautiful park surrounding it. Breathtaking views over the Hudson. One of my favorite spots here!! Commute: worth it

It is a great NYC museum that is often overshadowed by the larger ones. You will learn a lot of immigrants who first settled here and why buildings are are constructed the way they are.

MUST SEE! Beautiful park, beautiful Manhattan skyline view. I go here all the time. There a lots of outdoor movies, concerts, restaurants, and events. My favorite is the Smorgasburg food festival!

This is one of the few crowded touristy places that I will go as a local! It is a park built out of old train tracks on the west side of Manhattan. Worth a visit!

A beautiful old house full of Brooklyn history. It is a quick trip to fit into your day. Very kid friendly! It is also right next to a Carousel and the Prospect Park Zoo.
