it’s a nice walk, and lots to see, do and eat along the way. I really enjoy the river boat rides, and you can take a paddle boat out on the lake side.

this is a labor of love by the guy who constructed it, Jim Bishop. It is basically a road side attraction in the middle of no where- beautiful drive to get there, self guided “tour” or more accurately, just wandering around the place! Some of it is a bit scary!

great for hiking, lots of hidden treasures to find, and a variety of difficulty levels. I have never seen mountain bikes but I do not know if they are not allowed, or just not as popular!

amazing place! defiantly a natural wonder, and it has a fabulous visitors center. You can hike, mountain bike or horse back ride. It is definitely crowded during the summer, but you can still find trails that are not jammed up

2 hour scenic train ride. We’ve taken it for the special Christmas ride with Santa, which was really a great way for the kids to see Santa. They have dining rides which would be a very memorable date night, and the train runs daily, weather permitting, throughout the year.

this is one of my favorite all time zoos. You can feed the giraffes any time, there is also rhino feeding, elephant feeding, budgie feeding - one of the “enclosures” for the wallabies you walk through, so you can pet them if they are close enough. I have never been to such an interactive zoo, the grizzly bears have a history of messing with the visitors as well, through the glass of course! the ski lift is also cool - takes you over the top of a bunch of the enclosures.

The bridge is the tallest suspension bridge in America, and there is so much to do besides just seeing the bridge, depending on wind, you can take a gondola ride across the gorge, kids rides and awesome play area and if you are up for it - a zip line across the gorge!
