Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV, Netflix.

Walking distance from Landsdowne place and 10 mins drive from downtown. I live with my family on the main floor and have young busy family. Bedroom has a queen size bed. Full kitchen- stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. 3 piece bathroom. Has comfortable workspace for remote workers. No parties, no drugs, no smoking, no pets. Please leave the property neat & tidy. Note- fireplace was switched off at the end of winter, currently not available.
