Family Gulf Getaway: great value and locationSeptember and October are favorite times on Dauphin Island and we still have vacancies. The beaches and restaurants are open. Our house is sparklingly clean -- we use Airbnb's enhanced deep-cleaning routines. We are located on a quiet, wooded street offering complete privacy. Two bikes free of charge. Kayaks are available on request. Come enjoy our beautiful white, sandy beaches. (Note: owing to patchy internet we do not offer wifi. DVDs and local tv available at the house). Thank you!
Henry's House: A Cute Lil' Ol' Beach ShackHenry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it's brand new, built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
The GetawayThis 1950 island house was recently remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Many of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.
