An easement to Lake Michigan is only a few hundred yards away. Other public beaches are within walking or bicycling distance.

Over 350 feet of private beach on Lake Michigan. This rustic A-frame sits on a lush 10 acres of forest. Enjoy hikes in the woods or a quite day on the beach, all within steps of the front door. Grill out on the deck with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. End your night with a campfire down near the beach. Our father built this home and it has been loved by our family for 50 years. We now want to help others create wonderful memories at "Seventh Heaven"

There are neighbors nearby, but you will rarely see or hear them. There are areas to hike and trails to ride near by.

Beaver Island Artists Retreat is full of light, set in a beautiful, private wooded cove. Windows surround the open living area. Curl up by the fire, play instruments, games, paint, draw, write, read, cook. Enjoy lovely decks with table & chairs. Private suite downstairs. Living room sofa unfolds to twin bed. Loft with king bed, queen air mattress, twin futon. Full bath upstairs. Donegal Bay beach is one mile from our little chalet. It's two miles into town. I welcome people from all backgrounds!
