This is in the Crosstown Concourse, which has many great restaurants as well! French truck is one of the few coffee shops in Memphis that know how to do coffee well! (My brother in law is a professional barista, so I feel my say has some weight to it! :D)

Coffee and beer. Inside Crosstown Concourse which was an abandoned 1,000,000 sq ft Sears distribution warehouse not long ago. Worth the trip just to visit the concourse. Check out the gallery at Crosstown Arts while you're there. Past the coffee shop and up the red spiral stairs.
