We LOVE this place but Memphis is a little far for camping supplies. Note always get a tent for twice as many people. So for this 2 person adventure, get a 4 person tent, two inflatable mattresses and two sleeping bags. Remember to get 2 survival shovels.
It’s a cool place with lots to see. You can take the elevator all the way up to a restaurant and look out over the Mississippi River. It’s a great place to take pics. They also have a bowling alley and restaurants.
it has an amazing view of Memphis at the top and there's also a restaurant there. 1st floor see wildlife and shop for souvenirs.
A great first stop for visitors! you can take an elevator to the top of the pyramid and have dinner in the restaurant or enjoy drinks. There is also a wrap around patio which makes for beautiful scenic pictures.

“B.B Kings is as Memphis as it gets. Their food isn't bad but their music scene is always top notic. live jazz bands 24/7. Side note always be expecting to pay a cover just to get in to B.B Kings. ”

“I may be biased, but it’s the best zoo in the US! We are very proud of our zoo, and it happens to only be about a 5 minute drive from your AirBnB! Seriously, it’s always listed as one of the best zoos and has been around for over 100 years. Make sure to check out the pandas! They have events often so check their website for a calendar.”

“Great little piece of history and excellent museum to learn more about the Civil Rights Movement. This is the hotel that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave his famous last speech in 1968, “I’ve Been to a Mountaintop”, and was later assassinated by James Earl Ray. (or was he? Not a chance, according to many conspiracy theories!)”
