For a cheap price, you can take full advantage of its many amenities, like picture-perfect gardens, an onsite restaurant, a stage for a wide array of live performances, a docking space, rental facilities, scenic walkways, benches, and so much more. It also holds countless fun-filled festivals and programs throughout the year for a more memorable experience.

Beautiful park along the water with free live music on certain summer nights (check out the website for the Prescott Park Arts Festival for the lineup and dates).

Check out the Prescott Park Calendar for events schedule. They have a Wednesday night concert series as well as a summer musical on the weekends. Events have a suggested donation and lay a blanket down w/ chairs to watch the show(s). Perfect spot on the water with a beautiful sunset for the backdrop. The gardens are also beautiful to walk through. TIP: we usually park on Badgers Island Road (right before you cross the Memorial Bridge into Portsmouth) and walk across the Bridge to the park. Picnic basket and chairs in the bathroom closet.
