Here you can hire paddle boards, kyaks windsurfers ect. Ideal for beginners in this safe shallow harbour. There is a small pub, Fish stall, cafe, picnic area, boat trips and ferry over to Mudeford Spit. The best part are the amazing sunsets looking over towards Christchurch Priory, just stunning.

Great for a spot of crabbing, catch the water ferry over to Mudeford Sands for sandy beaches and fab cafe.

Great location for crabbing, pretty ex fishermans cottages, local fishing boats. Short walk to clean, safe, family oriented Avon beach with lovely shop and cafe (own and nearby parking). Short ferry crossing to Mudeford Sandbank, sandy beaches with Beach House Cafe

Perfect day at the beach, 40 mins. Crabbing, swimming, beach huts, dog friendly beach. Small boat takes you 5 mins journey from quay side car park. Noisy Lobster good restaurant on site.

Great seafood pubs, favourite area for crabbing. Walks along the coast. Easy access to walk to Highcliffe Castle. Ferry boat to Hengitsbury Head.
