Don't ask for a menu because there isn't one. Diners get a set menu of a starter, main course, side dish and dessert.Extremely popular with students, it's best to call ahead.

Typical Umbrian restaurant, the menu is not à la carte but every night a menu is proposed with various first courses, main courses, side dishes etc. The unique feature of the local, very well known and frequented, is to cook everything at the moment with fresh products. The kitchen is visible with the cook who prepares succulent dishes. Dinner starts at 08:30, you do not miss it.

This place is among the most popular with the locals and the students. For a very good price you eat whatever they serve (no, you don't get to choose!),, including water and wine, coffee and desert. It's always good though, the only problem is you might have to eat something you don't like.
