If you need a green breath this park is unique and diverse, a former private park, very well held, on the side hill of Quito with a great view on the valley, plenty of space to walk, beautiful scenery.

It is a very nice and clean park. It has several playgrounds and Picnic areas, always carry water with you. The park is close to home, so it is easily reached by taxi. It is important to bring sunscreen and liquid to avoid mosquitoes bites.

Want to go for a nature hike without leaving the city? Head down the street for a few hundred yards and you'll come across this truly unique park. Before becoming a park, the property belonged to one of the wealthiest bankers in Quito. We are so glad that it is now open to the public. My wife, kids, and dog love going to this magical place to play, hike, or for a picnic.
