The Chemical Heritage Foundation is like the Smithsonian for wet labs, industrial manufacturing, distillers, alchemy, basically everything about how chemistry has changed our world. I particularly enjoyed the exhibit on plastics, and why synthetics quickly revolutionized manufacturing.

Enjoy Science? The Museum at CHF features permanent and changing exhibits that explore the fascinating history of chemistry and the role science plays in the modern world. Enjoyed this exhibit.
